Serge Bensaid, President of NBS and Didier BESNIER, Mayor of Rochegude introduced on November 24, 2009, the first unit of eco-reprocessing which is able to upgrade the wastes processed in sludge treatment plants, into a non-polluting organic fertilizer, whilst being compliant with the NFU 44095 european standard.
For this event more than 150 people came from various parts of the world: several elected officials, municipal decontamination departement people, professionals specialized in the environment, French but also European, African and Asian partners and journalists.

The Ethiopian authorities are opening us their doors. We are in touch with our interlocutor, Mr. François Achour who is the Managing Director of Flora EcoPower Ethiopia, so as to implement composting and granulation units in the capital city, Addis Ababa and the town of Adama. We are also studying the ability to operate a quarry of pumice from 500 to 1500 hectares.
Ethiopia is also very interested in the Absorb'Oil product and in our technological enriching units.
Therefore Ethiopia would be the very first country to benefit from every New Biology Solutions technologies.
A trip to Ethiopia to establish all the important points is expected for the second week of December.
During the meeting in Montpellier with members of the Consul of Benin, country which is in the midst of green waste and sludge management issues, gave us a query which makes a cooperation between our two countries to see the light of the day. It would begin with the establishment of composting units to handle the wastes. Then, the creation of granulation units is expected to give value to the compost. Such technology would reduce the costs of waste reprocessing in Cotonou, but also provide professionals of the Beninese agriculture with more affordable and non-polluting fertilizers. The project to make available vessels for cargo, to NBS, is being discussed by local authorities. To get things faster, we have been asked to write a letter of intent to the Government of Benin.
INAUGURATION OF THE SLUDGE PROCESSING PLANT IN ROCHEGUDE
On November 24, 2009, at 9:30am, in partnership with the Mayor of Rochegude (26), Didier BESNIER, the NBS team, and the founder of its technology, have the honour to inaugurate the first composting unit which is the initial step of our process to give value to sludge and green wastes into a clean fertilizer. During the day, tours of the first unit of eco-reprocessing will take place. Shuttle buses will provide round trips between the village hall which will hold various events and a buffet, and our pilot site.
Mr. Nicolae GRIGOREANU, Minister-Counselor, from the Romanian Embassy in Paris, received members of the NBS General Management in order to launch a partnership between France and Romania, being part of the European Union where France is the 1st investor.
The first step of this cooperation would consist in building an enriching unit for our New Professional Key fertilizer. The enriching unit, known as well as rectification unit, adapt our product according to the specific needs of our customers. We would therefore export our non-polluting fertilizer throughout Europe from Romania.
And this is what we are working towards with the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Romania.
M. Bensaid, president of New Biology Solutions and its CEO, Mr. Ibert, had the honour to introduce their depolluting solutions in the context of sustainable development to Minister Jean-Louis Borloo's close advisors. At this first meeting, the functioning of the several types of units for our process to turn sludge from sewage treatment plants and green wastes into the first clean fertilizer in the word, were exposed to M. Olivier Thibaud from Chantal Jouanno's cabinet. A future cooperation with the government?
